She currently serves as Assistant Registrar at the University of Calabar and is the Lead Consultant at Justina Ovat Consulting, a pivotal entity encompassing the ServiceCraft Company, Calabar Hospitality House, Afiegu Tours & Events, and the Justina Ovat Foundation.

She is the country representative for the African Association of Women in Tourism and Hospitality. And Vice President, South-south of the Federation of Tourism Associations of Nigeria.
