Ewa Hannah Eyare is a passionate social entrepreneur and strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of people, purpose, and impact. As the Director of Administration and Human Resources at Street Priests Inc., she plays a key role in shaping organizational culture, structuring HR policies, and ensuring the efficiency of operations that support the organization’s mission.

With extensive experience in leadership and youth advocacy, Ewa has mobilized and engaged over 1,000 volunteers, creating opportunities for young people to contribute meaningfully to social change. Previously, as Volunteers Network Manager, she designed and executed engagement strategies that enhanced volunteer retention, leadership development, and capacity building,  strengthening Street Priests’ volunteer ecosystem.
Beyond her role at Street Priests, Ewa is a dedicated advocate for professional growth and community development. Her expertise in community development, people management, and strategic planning continues to shape impactful initiatives that drive long-term change.
